How far in advance should I book?

For standard airport transfers and point-to-point service, 24-48 hours is typically sufficient. For weddings, proms, and large events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead to secure your preferred vehicle. Holiday weekends and prom season fill up quickly — early booking is strongly encouraged.

Can I book for someone else?

Absolutely. Many of our bookings are made by executive assistants, travel coordinators, and family members on behalf of the passenger. Just provide the passenger's name and mobile number so our chauffeur can contact them directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), e-transfers, corporate accounts with approved billing, and invoicing for established business clients. Payment details are taken over the phone when we call you back to confirm your booking.

How quickly will you call me back after I submit the form?

Within 15 minutes during business hours (Mon–Sun, 6 AM – midnight ET). For after-hours requests, we call back first thing the next morning. If you need a vehicle dispatched immediately, please call 1-855-552-5559 — we answer in under 60 seconds.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
